My life has been full-on for as long as I can remember.
I’ve always been ambitious, adventurous, and slightly incapable of doing things by halves.
Over the years, I’ve built businesses, owned beautiful homes, competed successfully with show horses, won equestrian championships and gold medals, worked as a professional model, trained as a certified sex therapist, written books, recorded audio, and created music as a singer-songwriter.

At first, I was nervous.
What on earth was I supposed to say to complete strangers on the phone?
As it turned out, quite a lot.
I quickly discovered that I loved the immediacy of it — the connection, the psychology, the unpredictability, and the intimacy of voice.
The service eventually moved my line into its adult category, and that changed everything.
I added phone sessions to my own website and continued offering them on and off for years while pursuing my other careers.
Then the pandemic arrived.
I returned to taking calls more regularly, initially out of necessity. What began as something practical quickly became one of the most successful ventures I had ever created.
From there, Mindset Mistress Rebecca evolved.
